What is CANS?
CANS is a dynamic assessment tool that helps identify the needs and strengths of children, young people, and families. It supports decision-making, care planning, and outcome tracking, promoting collaboration and tailored interventions. LAs in Greater Manchester are already seeing the benefits through the current pilot. Now, it’s your chance to get involved and build on this momentum.
