Report of the IICSA published today

The Children’s Homes Association welcomes the release of The Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA) final report, published today, 20th October, 2022. The CHA particularly urges the Government to introduce, without delay, the requirement for all staff working in children’s homes (not just the Registered Manager as was proposed in the recent Independent Review of Children’s Social Care) to be registered with an appropriate body.
